Project enquiries
When you submit a contact form, we store your name, email address, selected service and message in our database to review and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive account information.
Customer chat and notifications
Opening chat creates a browser conversation identifier in a secure cookie. We store chat messages and any name or email you choose to provide so our team can respond. These details are visitor supplied and are not verified account identities. The conversation cookie lasts up to 90 days; clearing it removes access from that browser but does not delete stored messages.
If you enable notifications, we store your browser push subscription to notify you about replies, including when this page is closed. You can disable notifications in chat or in browser settings. Push notifications contain a generic message notice rather than the chat content.
Optional analytics and marketing
If configured and you choose Allow, this site loads Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or Meta Pixel to measure visits and marketing performance. These services may collect device, browser and interaction information and use cookies. Optional scripts are not loaded when you decline.
Website visitor statistics
When you accept analytics, we record the public page path, date and approximate country, together with a daily pseudonymous browser identifier. We count a browser once per UTC day. We exclude private portal and admin pages, page query strings and known bots. We do not store your IP address in visitor statistics. Country lookup runs locally, or uses a trusted hosting provider country header. A first-party visitor cookie lasts up to 90 days. Individual visit records are removed after 90 days by our retention job.
Spam and bot protection
When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA v3 checks public form submissions, sign-in and chat to help prevent abuse. Google may process browser and device information for this security check. The service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Security checks operate separately from optional analytics consent. We also apply request limits and block common scanner traffic.
Your choice
You can reopen cookie preferences using the button at the bottom of the page. Removing your saved choice reloads the page and stops optional scripts from loading until you allow them again. Previously set cookies may need to be cleared in your browser settings.
